The Third West Lake Chorus Festival

With a view to enchance the artistic level  of the local people, the Third West Lake Chorus Festival is intended to make the preparation for the building of Hangzhou into a national spiritual-civilized city and the upcoming ceremonious celebration of  the West Lake Expo and the World Leisure Expo 2006, which is also expected to pave the way for the holding of the Eighth National Chorus Festival in Hangzhou next year.
